McDermott has more than 18 years of contact center management experience including design and implementation of IP and TDM network and premise-based technology solutions for large-scale multi channel environments, virtualizing call centers via advanced routing technologies, and consulting with service providers, enterprises and small-to-medium business clients to develop strategies around the comprehension and delivery of technology for specific applications. Prior to this appointment McDermott served in a Director capacity, leading ShoreGroups entry and growth in the contact center implementation and consulting business areas.
