New Online Community Chastised for Tactics that Brought #1 Google Rating in 48 Hours "Powerful Intentions" http://powerfulintentions.com burst on the scene only days ago and dominates search engine results. (PRWEB) November 28, 2004 -- The new online community "Powerful Intentions" http://powerfulintentions.com/powerfulstuff.htm burst on the scene only days ago and dominates search engine results for terms such as, "Powerful Intentions." Now the original press release carrying the headline, "New online community is ready to go head to head with RYZE, Friendster and other large Internet Communities" has asked some to question how they did it.
Online Relationship Expert, Scott Allen (http://www.onlinebusinessnetworks.com/scott-allen.php ) says, "The whole bit about going head to head with RYZE and Friendster seems inconsistent with Law of Attraction principles. Head to head sets up an adversarial, competitive position "against" Ryze and Friendster. The Law of Attraction says that competition can just as easily become cooperation."
In a private correspondence with Powerful Intentions co-founder Marcy Koltun-Crilley, Allen continued that, "since it was the first line of the press release, I was in the wrong frame of mind from there forward. Fortunately, I had already heard about Powerful Intentions through other channels, but if that headline had been my first impression, with me already being very familiar with the Law of Attraction, it would have seemed inconsistent right off the bat."
Koltun-Crilley, holds the office of "Chief Officer of Fun and Abundance" for Powerful Intentions http://marcyfrommaui.powerfulintentions.com/powerfulstuff.htm responded that, "The guy that wrote the release is actually a brilliant friend and partner who really is into the Law of Attraction as well." She continued that he also, "has incredible experience in writing press, public and large business releases- pointing out that the press release was sent before there was anything she could do about it. She did point out however, that maybe all of the attention Powerful Intentions is receiving may actually be the Law of Attraction at work."
Koltun-Crilley said she’s received calls from reporters, big newspapers, and even the Dow Jones News Service. She pointed out that in all her interviews she has never mentioned anything about competition. "Co-creation is the order of the day at Powerful Intentions", she says, "the founders originally met at various online social communities, and could have been considered competitors by some. Instead they became friends, then partners in other successful ventures". She says Powerful Intentions is the largest and most meaningful project they have ever done.
The CEO of Powerful Intentions, Chris Tinney http://chris.powerfulintentions.com , indicated that he hired a large marketing firm to review and place the press release. He said that from now on all marketing material- or Press Releases- will not be approved unless it has first been reviewed by the Chief Officer of Fun and Abundance, Marcy Koltun-Crilley.
Tinney added that although his company now comes up in almost every search engines when users type in, "Powerful Intentions" he's not happy that the headline may have actually turned off the very people he hopes to attract.
Powerful Intentions is a new online community that says their intention is to "Charge and Condition the Space of the Community in such a way that people are able to experience the results of their own individual intentions with amazing Fun, Delight and Ease."
Koltun-Crilley added that member's intentions may be around Health, Wealth, Business, Relationships, Family, Spirituality, Community, the Divine, Abundance, Travel or "Healing Your Goldfish". Already large communities on topics on everything from The Law of attraction to healing your golf fish.
Powerful Intentions is a privately held company.
