Bethesda, Maryland (PRWEB) October 13, 2008 -- Aloha-Software today previewed its MiniPro™ 6.0 software, scheduled for release on October 14, 2008. MiniPro 6.0 is a MS Windows© based software package which integrates support for both the Opticon© OPN-2008 and Symbol CS-1504 hand scanners. MiniPro 6.0 provides the capability to extract and export barcodes in an easy to use powerful interface.

"We're excited about this release of MiniPro because users have been asking about support of the Opticon© OPN-2001 hand scanner," said Frank Leibsly, Aloha-Software's owner. "MiniPro is the only software package of its kind that exports to 14 different formats and allows the user to save export parameters for later use."

The MiniPro software package will extract barcodes from the hand scanner and save the data to any of the following formats: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format (RTF), HTML, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Database Format (DBF), Portable Document Format (PDF), Text, Comma Separated Values (CSV), Data Interchange Format (DIF), Symbolic Link Format (SYLK), LaTeX, Structured Query Language (SQL) and Windows Clipboard.
