Paradigm Services LP expands to three full service locations along the Gulf Coast with the acquisision of the assets of Control Products of Louisiana, Inc. Paradigm provides full service related to valves, actuators, and instrumentation installed in process facilities in the Continental United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) August 4, 2004 -- Paradigm Services, LP (Paradigm) announces the acquisition of the assets of Control Products of Louisiana, Inc. (CPL) from T-3 Energy Services, Inc. With the completion of this transaction, Paradigm expands to three locations along the Gulf Coast with a corporate location in Deer Park, Texas and two operating facilities in Louisiana -- Baton Rouge and Lafayette. Through these three full service facilities, Paradigm is in a unique position to offer all our customers full service related to valves, actuators, and instrumentation installed in process facilities in the Continental United States, Canada, and Latin America," said David Douglas, Paradigms President and Chief Executive Officer.

Additionally, the acquisition of CPL allows Paradigm the ability to offer an extensive inventory of all sizes and types of remanufactured control valves and rebuilt valve instrumentation to expedite customer requirements at a significantly lower cost. Paradigm has also acquired the patented CPL 21CE and CPL 21CP Series Level Safety Switches with a separable chamber which allows access to switch internals for inspection and repair. Frank Urias, CPLs Vice President said Joining with Paradigm will enable current CPL customers to obtain services not previously offered by CPL, such as field services and electric actuator services.
