SnapTotes Across America Contest Goes to All 50 States

The SnapTotes Across America contest, where owners of SnapTotes handbags were asked to take a picture of their bags in front of different landmarks across the country, has ended having received at least one entry from all 50 states.

Durham, NC (PRWEB) October 15, 2008 -- The SnapTotes Across America (http://www.snaptotesacrossamerica.com)contest, where owners of SnapTotes (http://www.snaptotes.com)handbags were asked to take a picture of their bags in front of different landmarks across the country, has ended having received at least one entry from all 50 states.

The contest received hundreds of entries. CEO Ben Feldman said, "We were amazed at the response. We knew we had committed fans, but were amazed at the overall participation." Customers submitted photos of their bags at The Jolly Green Giant in Minnesota, Graceland, and The World's Largest Buffalo in North Dakota. Customers tailored their family vacations around the pursuit of capturing the contest photos. One family went to ten states and submitted a poem about their adventures.

SnapTotes created a separate web site (http://www.snaptotesacrossamerica.com) to showcase all of the different entries. "I think it's fantastic," says Feldman. "SnapTotes is all about celebrating families being together, and I feel we were really able to be a part of that this summer."

The contest was a family affair for Kimberly Bright, the grand prize winner. Both her mother and sister entered the contest as well. "I can't believe my SnapTotes addiction has finally paid off!" stated Bright. "My husband always says I should work for you all selling bags because I really am selling them everywhere I go and now my love of SnapTotes has actually made me some money!
