Kids See Their Artwork Magically Come Alive on the Internet and on Professionally Printed Greeting Cards.

Franklin Press, Inc. has launched a new educational and fundraising program available to elementary schools called Holliday Cards. Children create artwork at school and see it published on the Internet. At the same time, schools can earn money when greeting cards are purchased that feature the childs art.

(PRWEB) August 8, 2004 -- Schools can participate in this program sending the childrens artwork to Franklin Press. The company creates high-resolution scans of the art and posts it on the Internet. From there, children and their parents can view it online and even email cards for free. Parents have the option of purchasing full-color greeting cards featuring their childs art. When cards are purchased, Franklin Press contributes 25% of the sale back to the school.

Carole Rivera, Independent Distributor for Holliday Cards has launched this program in the Chicago area. This is a unique fundraising opportunity. The program goes far beyond a typical fundraiser like selling candy bars door-to-door. It involves the children directly in a program where they learn about art, printing and the Internet.
