This show, entitled Once There Was A Way," coincides with the Beatles rise to world fame 40 years ago, their first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show, and their initial tour of America. This exhibit features such famous images as Pillow Fight", Beatles Arriving in America", and Beatles Composing" and is comprised of images from his latest book (published in 7 languages) by the same title.
Until now, these images have been exhibited primarily in museums throughout the United Stated and Europe. Benson, over the last 50 years has made memorable portraits of every president and first family from Eisenhower to present and photographed world leaders, politicians, and significant personalities in the arts too numerous to list.The images in this exhibition are available for purchase.
Alexandria Rossoff is pleased to be one of the few locations exhibiting a new limited edition portfolio made of 12 of Mr. Bensons most famous images of the Beatles.
