HolidayLEDs.com, an e-commerce company specializing in LED Christmas lights and decorative lighting, is ramping up its year-round Christmas light recycling program. All participants will receive a coupon for 15% any purchase from HolidayLEDs.com.

Jackson, Michigan (Vocus) October 22, 2008 -- HolidayLEDs.com, an e-commerce company specializing in LED Christmas lights (www.holidayleds.com) and decorative lighting, is ramping up its year-round Christmas light recycling program. All participants will receive a coupon for 15% any purchase from HolidayLEDs.com.

"We started this program last year about this time because a lot of our customers thought switching to LED Christmas lights was a great idea but did not like the idea of simply throwing their old incandescent lights away," said Philip C. Curtis of HolidayLEDs.com. HolidayLEDs.com found a recycling company that was willing to accept the lights for recycling and the program was launch. "Last year I think we recycled more than 3000 pounds of old Christmas lights," added Curtis.

Although HolidayLEDs.com operates the program year-round, during the holiday season it offers participants coupons to purchase its energy efficient Christmas LED lights. This year the company will be offering a 15% off coupon to all participants. The coupons will be sent via email and are valid through December 31, 2009.
