Combat Veterans Network poised to help match currently deployed troops and combat veterans to minimize combat stress. We have created a network of combat veterans so that the troops that are still in the combat zone can interact in the forum and via e-mail and regular mail with veterans from the many other eras of U. S. military action. We believe that if more of our troops today have someone who has "been there, done that" so to speak that they can talk to we can help them to overcome some of the stress that is the start of PTSD. They need someone who understands the situations, and usually only those who have seen combat can fully realize the things these troops cannot discuss with their families and friends. (PRWEB) August 21, 2004 -- For the troops being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, coping with the stress of combat for the first time can be overwhelming. Keystone Soldiers and the IWVO have come together to form the Combat Veterans Network". We are looking for combat veterans to help those currently serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait.
