Sales Manager - Sales Acceleration Consulting

We are looking to employ an experienced sales professional to help us take our companys growth to the next level, selling the following services:

-Sales lead generation & sales pipeline development

-Sales process integration with CRM

-Interim sales management solutions

-Strategic & product marketing services

-Marketing communications services, including corporate ID, web, e-marketing and collateral systems

The successful employment candidate should possess the following jobs skills and experience:

-At least five years of experience selling business services in our target market

-A documented track record of consistent achievement vs. sales quota and increasing sales.

-Excellent prospecting and networking skills, and an ability to open doors at the C" level

-A consultative sales approach, with training in SPIN or another leading sales technique

-An advanced understanding of sales, marketing and business development concepts

We are also looking for an experienced telesales management professional to work in our Sales Acceleration Practice to help us plan, set up and execute sales lead generation and telesales projects for our clients. Job duties include:

-Planning sales pipeline development campaigns, including detailed program documentation

-Hiring telemarketing and telesales professionals

-Training telemarketing and telesales professionals to the sales process

-Setting up and monitoring daily & weekly call objectives

-Measuring results and refining the sales process

-Coaching telesales people to success

The successful employment candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Successful track record setting up and managing multiple business-to-business telemarketing or telesales programs

- Experience in developing and coaching lead generation and telesales professionals

- A consultative sales approach, with sales training in SPIN or another leading sales technique

- An advanced understanding of sales, marketing and business development concepts

- Strategic thinking skills, used to establish a trusted advisor" role with prospects and clients

- Self-starter

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
