Online Verify will return results for personal, business and payroll checks. The service is intended for dentists, cable companies, wireless providers, schools, cities or any organizations that accept checks in an office environment with Internet access.

Online Verify is available to clients of JU$TCHEX, as well as the clients of any other check recovery or collections company. Clients that are not interested in changing their existing check recovery provider are not required to do so to enjoy the front-end loss prevention value that online check verification provides. As a direct benefit of weeding out these worst" checks, clients should produce significant improvement in their overall collection rates, while exerting less time and effort.

The client enters the routing and account numbers securely online and within seconds the system queries combined databases that include up to 200 million check writer accounts and replies with a result. There is a small service fee per response. The system replies include YES" for an open, funded account; NO" for a closed account, repeat offender or a negative balance account. Details of all responses are also instantly added to the clients reporting list on the web site as a cross reference.

Valued-added functionality includes a velocity" control to limit how many checks a client will accept from the same checking account in a defined period of time. Velocity is one of the reason codes for a "NO" response to enable clients to decide if all NO" responses are not to be accepted. As an example a "NO(N)" indicates an unpaid NSF check, or checks in the database, while a "NO(C)" warns of a closed account.
