Wheatland Broadband Brings High Speed Internet to Rural Northern Seward County Scott City, KS, August 20, 2004 -- Wheatland Broadband Services announced today the expansion of their fixed wireless high speed Internet service to northern Seward County Kansas effective September 1, 2004. (PRWEB) August 22, 2004 -- Currently the ISP (Internet Service Provider) serves ten other southwest and west central Kansas counties. Many of their customers are located in low population areas where other high speed Internet technologies are unavailable due to feasibility.
