Rolling Stones lead guitarist Ronnie Wood has exclusive Art Opening in Santa Monica

Santa Monica, CA (PRWEB) August 31, 2004 -- Ronnie Wood lead guitarist of the Rolling Stones has star studded art opening

in avantgarde Santa Monica gallery. The guest list included highly-aclaimed producer Steve Spielberg, thespian Gina Gershon (pictured,star of 'Bound'), singer Grace Slick and the famous Russian born heavyweight boxer now living in Los Angeles.

Ronnie who studied art in college had exclusive abstract paintings of Mick Jagger, Jack Nicholson and many other celebrities. The featured work last night was Mick on Harmonica .

The star studded crowd leaned toward Levi outfits favored by the trendy Santa Monica hoi polloi for laidback entertainment events.

Art works could be had for between $600. to $150,000. Something for everyone! The event was held at Gallery 319 near the Pacific Ocean with the obligatory red carpet and 65 suit-wearing bouncer.

Always cool Ronnie arrived in a jet black Hummer with darkened windows. This could have been his tribute to Santa Monicas famous Gov Arnold Schwarzenegger, a Hummer owner.
