Consumers Look for Ways to Save Time and Money on Holiday Meals and Entertaining

Stonemill Kitchens® Premium Dips Help Consumers Transform Holiday Leftovers into Inexpensive Gourmet Meals

Beaverton, OR (PRWEB) November 3, 2008 -- This holiday season, consumers are looking to ways to make their food dollars stretch farther. Stonemill Kitchens (http://www.stonemillkitchens.com/) offers six new premium dips that make it easy to turn holiday leftovers such as turkey, dips and mashed potatoes into gourmet meals. Creative combinations can transform blah leftovers into great next-day meals.

Stonemill Kitchens Chef Jeff Quatraro (http://www.stonemillkitchens.com/expertise_quatraro.html) believes elegant holiday entertaining doesn't have to come with a big price tag. "Simple, high quality ingredients go a long way. A great rule of thumb is to buy once, and then use an ingredient in three meals," states Quatraro.

"Chef Jeff" suggests using Stonemill Kitchen's Spinach & Artichoke Parmesan dip (http://www.stonemillkitchens.com/product3.html) one night as an appetizer, the next morning to make an Artichoke & Spinach Quiche and the following day to create a cheesy Turkey panini.

Another great use for dip is to cut the prep time for a holiday favorite: stuffed mushrooms. Chef Jeff states, "Stuffed Mushrooms are a classic holiday appetizer and using Artichoke & Parmesan Dip as a base makes prep effortless. Paired with a Sangiovese, these Sausage & Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms can make any party feel special."
