Will you leave all your money to a younger woman in exchange for sexual favors? Do you hate your fatherÂs new wife? Does your brother want to kill you for your parents money? Guess who holds the worldÂs record for saying the f word in a movie. This monthÂs edition of 50plus Online Magazine (50plusMag.com) as usual has some hard-hitting new articles that are either controversial, informative or just plain funny. Not the typical 50 plus blather. (PRWEB) September 9, 2004 50plus Online Magazine (50plusMag.com) never fails to be entertaining, informative and at times, irreverent. This month's edition once again carves out new territory with 4 new feature articles. ThereÂs an interview that sure to be controversial called, ÂCan a 50+ Man Find Temporary Happiness With a Much Younger Woman? (an article last year about older women dating younger men generated a lot of feedback). Your adult children can't really pinpoint what they don't like about your new significant other. An interesting article that many people will relate to is, ÂHow to Get Your Adult Children to Welcome (or Even Love) Your New Spouse. Another article deals with the unresolved conflicts siblings encounter when they are faced with their parents dying and having to decide how their money and assets should be divided up. The article is titled, ÂWatch Out! Sibling Rivalry Resurfaces at Inheritance Time. Our 50+ celebrity of the month is Joe Pesci. Surprising to many, Joe is a very spiritual man. His life has gone through many transitions. Besides playing guitar in a famous early sixties rock band and cutting an LP as a solo singer, Joe has the dubious distinction of playing one of the best crazy men ever in a movie and saying a certain unprintable 4-letter word about 150 times. Â50plus Online MagazineÂs focus is on contemporary issues approached from a 50+ perspectiveÂ, says Gary Geyer, Editor of 50plus Online Magazine. ÂWe believe 50plus Online Magazine (also known as 50plusMag.com) is somewhat different than other sites directed to the 50+ audience. We donÂt believe in those Âgolden years or any other of those other patronizing euphemisms. We donÂt mind being hard-hitting, controversial or irreverent. Among recent articles (still on the site) is one that deals with the problems of caring for difficult and abusive older parents who have AlzheimerÂs. The author discusses ways to survive it. Of course, not all of the articles on 50plusMag. are that serious. Many are fun, enlightening or thought provoking. For example: ThereÂs an article on sex and intimacy called ÂThe Sex Lives of Couples Beyond 50Â. The author says that Âold dogs can learn new tricks and claims that exploring new territory can be highly rewarding. Among the humorous articles is a plea to outlaw those tired euphemisms titled, ÂCall us (almost) Anything But OldÂ. Another article is tongue-in-cheek and directed to women over 50 who should have learned certain things by now. ItÂs called, ÂAttention Women: WeÂre Men. Get it! The author has some suggestions like, ÂLearn to work the toilet seat. If itÂs up, put it down. YouÂre a big girl. 50plus Online Magazine has some unique and challanging puzzles called ÂBrain Squeezers as well as features on famous 50 plus celebrities. In addition to Joe Pesci, in the current edition, there have been articles on Bette Midler, Chris Reeve, Patti Labelle, Steve Martin, Meryl Streep, Lily Tomlin, Billy Crystal, Richard Dreyfuss. Gene Hackman, and Keith Richards. Editor Gary Geyer says that they welcome comments and request that you pass their URL on to someone you know ###
