Linden Bay Romance, LLC, an independent publishing house, announced that they have re-opened submissions and are celebrating with a contest for authors.

The three-year-old company, whose tag line is Escape with us, publishes in both print and electronic format. They are currently accepting submissions of previously unpublished works ranging from 40,000 - 65,000 words in the following sub-genres: (1) Non-traditional relationships (multiple partner, older female/younger male, etc.), (2) Gay romance, (3) Anthologies of 3 themed short stories for their Trilogy Collection, (4) Contemporaries that are sensual, edgy (light bondage, etc.) with heroes involved in action/adventure careers (police, firemen, spies, cowboys, race car drivers, etc.), (5) Science Fiction/Urban Fantasy, particularly shapeshifters, and (6) Cross-genre Historicals if highly sensual (of particular interest if set during unusual time periods and/or unusual places, i.e. Medieval, Regency, Westerns, Civil War).

Linden Bay Romance is celebrating the opening of submissions with a contest for their authors, nine of who will win the chance to attend a private writer's retreat in luxurious Hilton Head, South Carolina, USA.
