New Silicone Gel Base Vibration Mounts from AAC Features Superior Damping Performance

A new series of double studed silicone gel vibration mounts from Advanced Antivibration Components - AAC feature superior damping performance.

New Hyde Park, New York (PRWEB) November 10, 2008 -- A new series of double studed silicone gel vibration mounts from Advanced Antivibration Components - AAC feature superior damping performance. The mounts, identified as the V10Z61MSF Series, is designed for light to medium loads of from 1.25 kgf to 3.25 kgf (2.8 lb. to 7.2 lb.) up to 7.5 kgf/ to 12.5 kg/leg (16.5 lb. to 27.6 lb.) per mount. Their highest damping effect arises when the gel is compressed 10% up to 30%. An important feature of these metric mounts is their ability to operate effectively over a very wide temperature range of from -40O C to +200O C (-40O F to 392O F). They offer excellent chemical resistance and are low in compression set. Performance remains the same even after repeated use. They contain nothing harmful and are therefore considered environment-friendly. Quotes, online orders and 3-D models are available at our new AAC eStore.
