Eloquent Systems has partnered with FileHold Systems Inc. to integrate the Eloquent Corporate Records, Library and Archives systems with the FileHold Document Management system. This integration allows Eloquent’s customers to manage all of their paper and electronic documents and other digital assets from creation to destruction or permanent archive.

Eloquent Systems has partnered with FileHold Systems Inc. to integrate the Eloquent Corporate Records, Library and Archives systems with the FileHold Document Management system. The integration allows Eloquent’s customers to manage all of their paper and electronic documents and other digital assets from creation to destruction or permanent archive. It also provides a unified search capability that enables organizations to find and retrieve all of their documents from a single location, regardless of whether they are in electronic storage, on-site file cabinets or off-site storage.

Using FileHold’s document management system, enterprises can better manage the complex pieces of information they produce every day, including contracts, proposals, engineering documents, intellectual property documents and evidence, and even e-mail. With the integration of FileHold and Eloquent, these documents can now be stored as paper records and tracked through traditional methods, or stored electronically – either as electronic documents or scanned images. Control is in place from the first draft of a document onward.
