Hat Trick Award Win for British Insurance

Independent payment protection insurer British Insurance has scooped its third set of industry 'gongs' in two weeks -- picking up the Excellence in Treating Customers Fairly and Outstanding Consumer Champion accolades at the Personal Finance Awards.

Nominees for two further awards are selected by judges.

Once short-listed, firms are scrutinised by an independent panel representing aggregator sites, research specialists and personal finance journalists. For the Treating Customers Fairly Award, the winning company had to demonstrate excellence in customer service no matter where or how it interacted with people.
