And the Next TV Chef" Contest Winner Is...Michael Giletto!

Michael Giletto, executive chef of the Pine Hill Golf Club in Pine Hill, New Jersey has won the right to be "The Next TV Chef" on Jim Coleman's Flavors of America on PBS.

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) October 8, 2004 -- Michael Giletto, executive chef of the Pine Hill Golf Club in Pine Hill, New Jersey has won the right to be The Next TV Chef.

The competition was judged by internationally-renowned Chef Jim Coleman, host of Flavors of America" on PBS.

Chef Gilettos winning dish was Seared Day-Boat Scallop Amuse accented with Tobikko Caviar and Lumpfish Pearls.

He prepared the dish using PanSaver® high temperature (400° F) pan liners.
