Each user has their own diary (which can be shared to view team diaries etc.), personal notes system and a personal phone book. There are company wide forums and an online conference room, instant messaging between staff, a fully searchable document library, customer management system (CRM), internal contacts, staff vacancies and easily editable departmental pages.

As a client, you have browser based control of the general look-and-feel of your company-wide My Web Office, all servers are owned and managed by a dedicated team in a data centre in London's Docklands. The data centre team are responsible for daily (or more frequently if required) backups of the entire system. As all the servers are managed in this way upgrades and improvements can be seamlessly added to the core product, when they become available, without the need for costly engineer visits.

Instead of selling My Web Office for a one off fee and then charging for any support required, Ballinger Media Solutions are providing monthly licensing on the product on a number of users basis. They will deal with all the technical management and hosting of the application.
