The EASY PIPE WRENCH & CUTTER would loosen stubborn, resistant plumbing pipes from their connected fittings and may also be used to cut pipes from various textures. In addition, it would minimize the time and effort necessary for installation or removal of pipes. The device is producible from durable materials and could feature an easy-to-use operation.

The EASY PIPE WRENCH & CUTTER would measure approximately 18 to 24 inches long and 2 inches wide. The invention could feature spring-loaded "jaws," which are rounded to fit the circumference of the inserts/pipe and includes interchangeable pipe grip inserts to loosen pipes of various sizes. A latch could be included to lock the jaws in place, while an internal track allows the jaws to move in a circular motion and features an oil well for lubrication.
