Urban Organic Lifestyle Marketing, LLC presents the Urban Organic 3-year Anniversary Arts and Music Festival. The festival is an indoor event which will feature vendors, DJs, visual artists, spoken word artists, and more. With live music being the keystone of Urban Organic, the featured performing acts will be Eric Roberson and Funk Jazz Band Zzaje. Eric has written songs for Jill Scott, Vivian Green, Carl Thomas, and Detroits own Dwele. Zzaje is a 9-piece funk-jazz band that hails from Chicago. Also on the bill are, Fluent, DJ Houseshoes, and others.

The festival is an indoor event which will feature vendors, DJs, visual artists, spoken word artists, and more. Urban Organic is concert/festival designed to bring progressive music and art lovers in the city of Detroit out to celebrate the richness of the citys varied music scene. At the same time, the vision of the festival is focused squarely on the future of an international music movement, which in many ways can be likened to a worldwide Harlem Renaissance. The mission of the festival is to promote the critical artists of todays urban music soundscape and to viscerally effect its attendees with new rhythms, sights, and sounds.

Some of the artists who have performed at Urban Organic events include, Black Bottom Collective, Fertile Ground, Blackman and Arnold, Raheem Devaughn, Rhian Benson, Donnie, Julie Dexter Kindred The Family Soul, Angela Johnson, ?uestlove, Omar, Leela James, Goapele, Andreus, KRS-ONE, Marvin Thompson, Amp Fiddler, Dwele, Mike E., Khary Turner, Paul Hill, KEM, Inohs Sivad, DJ Mike Grant, DJ Mike Clark, DJ Houseshoes, DJ Munk, and a host of others.

The Urban Organic 3-year anniversary festival will occur on Sunday, November 21st @ Fifth Avenue Downtown, located at 2100 Woodward, inside Comerica park.
