Inovis Ranks Among Top Software Vendors for Retail Industry : Company Moves Up Five Slots in Overall Performance

Inovis today announced that it has been named among the top software vendors serving the retail industry, according to RIS News’ 2008 Software Leaderboard. For the third year in a row, Inovis ranks among the top in the industry, moving up several slots in 10 categories, including overall performance, customer satisfaction, product reliability and quality of service, among others.

ATLANTA (Business Wire EON) December 16, 2008 -- A showcase of head-to-head rankings, the RIS Software Leaderboard is based on the votes of retail-industry executives about who are the top technology vendors serving their industry. RIS News partnered with Lichtfield Research to survey retail-industry insiders in categories that evaluate retail enterprise-application and software development and customer satisfaction.

This year, Inovis ranked among the top 10 in 16 different categories, up from just four categories last year. In overall performance, Inovis jumped from the eighth to the fifth spot; in customer satisfaction, from eighth to third; in product reliability, from ninth to third; and in quality of service, from ninth to second.

In four categories, the company made the top 10 list for the first time, including ROI, total cost, quality of service and installation/integration. Furthermore, in categories serving mid-size retailers, Inovis ranked in the top 10 in overall performance, product reliability, installation/integration, administration/maintenance, quality of support and quality of service.
