Animation lovers of all ages prepare for the lastest Christmas related Cartoon Art release to be held by New York/New Jersey's premiere Animation Production Art Gallery, TheDeepArchives. Unearthed for the exhibition and sale are some rare vintage production cels of Ebenezer Scrooge from the 1970s Rankin/Bass Classic Cartoon, THE STINGIEST MAN IN TOWN, designed by legendary MAD MAGAZINE Artist, PAUL COKER Jr. Also available at the event a large selection of original paintings by Mr. Coker, who is resposible for bringing to life such timeless characters as RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER, FROSTY THE SNOWMAN, THE HEAT MISER, and THE SNOW MISER. Featured on line and at the Gallery's event, will also be an amazing selection of Storyboards and original Animation art, by the Rankin/Bass film's Continuity Director, Legendary New York Animator, DON DUGA, whose other Rankin/Bass credits included FROSTY THE SNOWMAN, SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN, THE YEAR WITHOUT A SANTA CLAUS, and THE JACKSON FIVE.

A Small selection of the Artwork will be signed by original cast members from the various films, including BILLIE MAE RICHARDS, the voice of Rudolph. ALFIE SCOPP the voice of Charlie in the Box. GEORGE S. IRVING the original voice of Heat Miter.

Starting Novemeber 12, through December 31, 2004 Art work will be available to be purchased both on-line and in person at the Gallery

Not to be missed is the Gallery's latest release of Animation Production cels and drawings from the original ABC 1970s program SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK, created by TOM YOHE and GEORGE NEWALL. Remember singing along with such classics as CONJUNCTION JUNCTION, VERB:That's What's Happening, and NAUGHTY NUMBER NINE? Well, now is your chance to take home an original piece of these cartoons, which taught a whole generation of children that School is cool.

Into the Gallery's Archive straight from the collection of Legendary Stop-Motion Animator, ART CLOKEY, rare original Storyboard art from everyone's favorite little green slab of clay, GUMBY, as he takes on the miserly EBENEZER SCROOGE who has teamed up with the BLOCKHEADS to foil the Christmas spirit. A small selection of drawings from the Original story will be available to purchase, as well as limited number of ORIGINAL CLAY GUMBY and his Pal POKEY Characters; just like the ones they use to film the cartoon. These will be number, an Edition of ONLY 50, and will come with a plaque signed by ART CLOKEY himself!!
