(PRWEB) November 11, 2004 -- New York based investment banking firm, The Reid Group LLC, has been engaged by Turkish-based Bant Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Bant Boru") to serve as its financial advisor in connection with the sale of the company.

Bant Boru, formed in 1972 and based in Istanbul, Turkey, is privately held and currently the only Turkish producer of double-wall copper brazed tube, which is mainly used in the automotive industry for high precision brake and oil lines and in the refrigeration industry as condenser tubing.
