Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) November 13, 2004 -- When buyers purchase a new residence at Audubon Condominium at Feather Sound theyre getting more than a luxurious new home. Their purchase also contributes to making wishes come true for children with life-threatening medical conditions in the Bay area. Thats because CSC Audubon, the developer, donates a portion from the sale of every residence to the local Make-A-Wish Foundation®.

We strongly believe that Audubon should be a positive asset to the neighborhood in which its located," notes Adam Schlesinger, president. And we also believe it should be an asset to the Bay area community at large. Thats why were donating $150 from the purchase price of every closed unit to making these deserving childrens wishes come true."

Recently Audubon Condominium hosted a barbeque party in honor of the Make-A-Wish Foundation®. Current residents and new owners mingled with prospective buyers around the illuminated pool deck and clubhouse area enjoying music, chicken, ribs and all the fixings, along with desserts, soft beverages and an open bar. Exotic birds and their trainers from the Lowery Park Zoo mixed through the crowd. Brand new Jaguar vehicles were on display. Tampa Bay Illustrated magazine co-sponsored the event, distributing the latest magazine to all who attended.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of an oversized check for more than $44,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® from Adam Schlesinger. Janet Valles, Corporate Development and Public Relations Manager, expressed the foundations appreciation.

We are very delighted to receive this generous contribution from CSC Audubon," said Valles. With this money we will be able to make 10 wishes come true for children with life-threatening medical conditions. We know your company has donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® in other parts of the state as well," Valles added, and we are so appreciative of all you are doing to help share the power of a wish®.
