Fakhimi & Associates Announces Filing of Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf of California Employees of Kings Seafood Company

The lawsuits alleges that Kings Seafood Company has not been paying proper wages to employees placed "on-call" and has been mandating tip sharing policies which may violate state and federal laws.
