Insurance expert Len Rodkey to lead systems deployment strategy.

Ms. Rodkey brings deep worker's compensation operational experience to the Tropics organization. Most recently, Ms. Rodkey served as Chief Operating Officer at Guarantee Insurance Company in Sarasota, FL, where she had primary operational responsibility for this worker's compensation insurance provider. Previously, Ms. Rodkey had played a variety of operational roles for Unisource Administrators, including VP of Regulatory Compliance, VP of Claims, VP of Operations and VP of Information Technology. Prior to her tenure at Unisource Administrators, Ms. Rodkey played a major role in claims operations for Riscorp / The Zenith. Ms. Rodkey holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Tampa, a Masters Degree in M.I.S. from University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida State University.
