Hybricon Corporation is pleased to announce our New Rugged ¾ Tall Long Liquid Cooled MicroTCA ATR, designed to support today's most challenging applications for rugged environments in airborne and ground mobile technology. The Rugged Liquid Cooled MicroTCA architecture supports an 11-slot MicroTCA backplane as well a military power supply for MIL-STD-704F aircraft and MIL-STD-1275 vehicle use.

Ayer, MA (PRWEB) January 10, 2009 -- Hybricon Corporation is pleased to announce our New Rugged ¾ Tall Long Liquid Cooled MicroTCA ATR, designed to support today's most challenging applications for rugged environments in airborne and ground mobile technology. The Rugged Liquid Cooled MicroTCA architecture supports an 11-slot MicroTCA backplane as well a military power supply for MIL-STD-704F aircraft and MIL-STD-1275 vehicle use.

The Rugged ¾ Tall Long Liquid Cooled MicroTCA ATR does not require extended temperature payload for extended temperature ambient operation. This allows deployment of 0°C to +55°C temperature range payload cards with liquid temperature of 0°C to +45°C, even in an extended temperature ambient of - 40°C to +71°C. Its liquid cooled technology is compatible with water and water-glycol fluids up to 150 PSI. (Contact factory for other fluids).

The Rugged ¾ Tall Long Liquid Cooled MicroTCA ATR solution is compatible with the latest PICMG Rugged MicroTCA.1 draft specifications including optional faceplate fasteners and supports shock & vibration per ANSI/VITA 47 class OS1 and V2. The standard configuration includes a MicroTCA power module & MCH.
