ASHI Georgia and CPHB Raise the Bar for New Home Inspections

ASHI Georgia association of Home Inspectors in corporation with CPHB, Certified Professional Home Builder Program, Provide special home inspection training to all home inspectors in Georgia.

(PRWEB) December 4, 2004 -- In an Interview with Dr. Tore Knos, President of ASHI Georgia, he stated one of his aspirations for members of ASHI Georgia to be the most qualified, knowledgeable home inspectors available to the new homebuyers. It is a know fact that an inspector who has achieved full ASHI membership, certification, is the most rigorous achievement any home inspector can obtain. Most of our members have gone a step further in obtaining building code certification from the ICC, International Code Council. In November we took it another step forward with specialized training from the CPHB folks. This training more specifically address construction quality standards required by the CPHB program, which exceeds the building code minimum standards.

As the professional home inspectors and new homebuilders work together building a quality-oriented relationship, the new homebuyer becomes the true beneficiary.

We dont just say we are the best; well back it up with our education programs.
