Building owner Walton Street Capital and leasing management company GVA Williams Real Estate Services Worldwide recently finalized nine real estate transactions totaling 121,906 square feet for 311 South Wacker. The value of the transactions was approximately $32.6 million.

The value of the transactions was approximately $32.6 million.
