Las Vegas is going vertical with several new planned luxury loft projects.

Luxury loft builders are flocking to Las Vegas to meet the huge luxury loft demand. Turnberry Place developed by Turnberry associates, is located just off of the strip started the trend. Jacqulyn Richey and her team of Prudential Realtors are ready to assist in buying or selling Las Vegas lofts.

The huge success of Turnberry Place has also spawned several new loft projects. Despite the cooling single family housing market, the luxury Las Vegas loft market is seeing enormous growth with the addition of several new lofts, like the Soho Lofts, Loft 5 and Newport Lofts. These projects will feature New York style lofts located in downtown Las Vegas and near the Las Vegas strip. Lofts are scheduled to price from $300,000 to two million dollars.

Many units are being purchased as a new primary residence, but a significant number of units are also being purchased as a second residence or as an investment. “We have represented loft buyers buying as a primary home and as an investment” stated Richey. “The demand for lofts has not shown any sign of slowing”.
