San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery and Wolfgang's Vault Present The Art of Change - A Multimedia Exhibition on the influence of art and artists on social changes.

San Francisco, CA (Billboard Publicity Wire) January 13, 2009 -- The San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery and Wolfgang's Vault present The Art of Change, an exclusive multi-media exhibition of photography, poster art, and live music memorabilia which has contributed toward and represented major social changes of the past five decades. The free-to-the-public show opens January 13, 2009 in the lower level gallery of San Francisco's City Hall, and includes approximately 80 pieces representing five decades of social change.

The Art of Change is an educational exhibition on The City's social and artistic history, intended to inspire the notion that all people are empowered to create social changes through artistic expression, as told through the voice of Wolfgang's Vault.

About Wolfgang's Vault:

Wolfgang's Vault is the premiere online destination for live music archives. It began five years ago with the archives of the late San Francisco concert promoter Bill Graham, who was born Wolfgang Grajonca and is the site's namesake. Wolfgang's Vault has since become a collection of over a dozen live music archives encompassing millions of pieces, many genres and a wide range of art and artists. Key pieces from these archives are included in this exhibit to showcase the impact music, musicians and music-related artists have had on cultural changes from 1960 through today.
