New Tray Packed Olives offers a longer shelf life for fresh hand stuffed olives. Nicola International a leader in the imported olive business continues to introduce new value added products.

The olives which are packed using the newest technology available, gives the product a shelf life of between 90 and 120 days. The longer shelf life means less spoilage and costs savings for the operator. The olives are packed in convenient foodservice and retail sizes under Nicola Internationals Aiello label which is known throughout the foodservice and retail markets for its premium products.

The new line of olives includes many unique marinated European style varieties such as whole Sicilian, Facon Grece, French Connection and Bella di Cerignola olives. Complementing the new line are hand stuffed jalapeno, garlic and fresh blue cheese olives available in the new vacuum packed trays.
