FUTEK's LCF400 Pancake Load Cell Available with USB Output

(http://www.futek.com/index.aspx) (FUTEK) is pleased to present the improved LCF400 Pancake Load Cell (http://www.futek.com/product.aspx?t=load&m=lcf400). The design is now being offered with a brand new USB Digital Interface and is the newest product to be added to the FUTEK USB Sensor Solutions (http://www.futek.com/USBSensors_models.aspx) Product Line. Along with its USB output and metric threads capabilities, the LCF400 features structural changes and complete welding which drastically improves this models output symmetry and accuracy. The model is offered in 500 to 5,000 lbs, various outputs (3 mV/V, +/-5VDC, +/-10VDC, 4-20 mA), and uses heat-treated 17-4 Stainless Steel construction for optimal performance. The LCF400 has advantages of zero-joint failure, low impact due to extraneous loads, and has the capability of handling off center loading more efficiently and effectively.

The Pancake Load Cell (http://www.futek.com/product.aspx?t=load&cat=cf) has become an even more effective product in the FUTEK Load Cell Series due to the USB output. Typical applications include Fatigue and Endurance Testing where long performance cycles are required. The LCF400 Pancake Load Cell model has female/female threads, is made of 17-4 Stainless Steel and has a broad capacity ranging from 250 lbs to 5,000 lbs. This Pancake Load Cell utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology that offers the highest accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.10%, Bridge Resistance of 700 Ohms, and Deflection of 0.002 to 0.005" nominal. The LCF400 Pancake Load Cell can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most models are in our inventory making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line, this model is manufactured in US.
