Montreal Conference to Join Leaders in Drug Development and Discovery

Montreal, Canada (PRWEB) December 13, 2004 --- Representatives of some of the worlds premier biopharmaceutical companies will gather in Montreal next month to hear 90 speakers on the solutions the plant-made pharmaceutical (PMP) industry offers for drug discovery and development.

Leading corporations including Amgen, Baxter Bioscience, Centocor, Novartis and Wyeth BioPharma will be at the event, the Conference on Plant-Made Pharmaceuticals 2005, to be held at Montreals Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel from January 30 to February 2.

More than 25 PMP groups are supporting the conference in a collective, non-for-profit effort.
