The Rochester International Jazz Festival returns to Rochester, New York June 10-18, 2005, welcoming jazz enthusiasts from around the world for more than nine days of extraordinary and diverse music.
The 4th Rochester International Jazz Festival (RIJF) will host unique musical talent from around the world at 100-plus concerts in venues in and around Rochester," said John Nugent, founder, Artistic Director and Producer, who is currently planning the 2005 artist lineup. We will feature headliner shows at the Eastman Theatre, free concerts showcasing Eastman School of Music faculty and students, and a wide array of club performances. And once again, we will transform Gibbs Street into 'Jazz Street, a popular pedestrian walkway and stage with live music, food and drink."

The RIJF 2005 Club Pass will go on sale Friday December 3 at a limited-time special discount price for the holidays of $59 + service charge. Passes may be purchased online at www.rochesterjazz.com, at any Ticketmaster /Ticket Express outlet or online at www.ticketmaster.com. The Club Pass will increase to the regular price of $69 plus service charge January 2, 2005 through the Festival.
