Global Intelligence Alliance Group Completes Merger with German and Dutch Partner Companies

GIA Group, a global leader in customized Market Intelligence and Strategic Analysis has completed its previously announced merger with Gayer Consulting in Germany and DeskResearch Nederland in the Netherlands.

GIA Group, a global leader in customized Market Intelligence and Strategic Analysis has completed its previously announced merger with Gayer Consulting in Germany and DeskResearch Nederland in the Netherlands. With the new local subsidiaries, GIA Group strengthens its presence in the important Continental European markets. On the other hand, GIA Group improves the local customers' access to its global Market Intelligence resource pool both in terms of industry and geographical expertise.

The newly established local subsidiaries have been named as Global Intelligence Alliance Germany GmbH and Global Intelligence Alliance Benelux B.V., respectively. Carsten Gayer, the founder and Managing Director of Gayer Consulting, will continue as the Managing Director of the GIA Germany business unit. Similarly, Philippe Brandts, the founder and Managing Director of DeskResearch Nederland, will assume the position of Managing Director of the new GIA Benelux business unit.
