National Association of the Remodeling Industry Doles Out Annual Awards for Remodeling Excellence
Golden, (PRWEB) December 17, 2004 -- Members of the Front Range Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) gathered at Mount Vernon Country Club on December 8, 2004, for the organizations 1st Annual Awards Banquet. With the theme Stars of the Night," the organization honored several members for service to the association and announced the winners of the 2004 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards.
Jeffrey Prager of BuildUSA, President of NARI served as Master of Ceremonies and the projects were judged by Pete MacKay of 99.5 FM The Mountain, and Michael Behrenhousen and Sam DeLeo of The Denver Newspaper Agency.
Classic Homeworks took top honors for Residential Remodeling-Priced Under $30,000," followed by Christies Complete Services, Inc.
Classic Homeworks also finished first for Residential Remodeling-Priced $30,000 to $100,000," with Basements and Beyond finishing second and third for two separate projects. Wildwood Joinery & Design earned an honorable mention.
Peterson Construction & Remodeling won top honors for Residential Remodel Priced over $100,000," followed by strong showings from Classic Homeworks and Kinsman Construction, taking second and third, respectively.
SunQuest Architectural Design won the 2004 CotY Award for Design and Construction Excellence for a Commercial Project.
Additional recognition was given for Supplier of the Year," awarded to Dianne Willie, EDS Waste Solutions, Leadership Award," bestowed upon Prager, Excellence Award," to Joe Schneider of HD Supply, Service Award" given to Cheryl Grothe of BuildUSA, and the Membership Recruitment Award," graciously received by Carla Roden of Nationwide Floor & Widow Coverings. Grothe also received The Prager Presidents Award for Outstanding Service to the Chapter.
