Prior to this, Mr.Tappin has held roles as CEO and CFO of various companies, including: Overture Services and Twentieth Century Fox - Mr. Tappins experience in strategic planning and finance are renowned. During his tenure as the founding Chief Financial Officer of Overture Services he was involved in raising substantial private equity before taking the company public. Subsequently he was instrumental in many business development agreements, led several acquisitions that totaled over $500 million, and assisted in the companys international expansion. In addition he co-led the sale of the company to Yahoo in October, 2003 for $1.8 Billion.

While at Twentieth Century Fox revenues grew from $400 million to $1 billion annually and the Interactive Division moved from being an unprofitable company to a profitable one, with over $200M in annual revenue. Before joining Fox, Tappin was Director of Finance at MCA/Universal for three years. He began his professional career as a CPA with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells and holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado.
