Author Joyce Faulkner Swings Through the Country on Book Tour

Author Joyce Faulkner is on the road signing copies of her new book, Losing Patience, conducting speaking engagements and interviews and meeting her readers. She will be in Arkansas as she travels from Pennsylvania to California, then back across the country to her home in Pittsburgh between December 27, 2004 and January 31, 2005.

(PRWEB) December 29, 2004 -- In Faulkner’s first book, Losing Patience, she explores the boundaries of human beliefs and thoughts. Placing her characters in predicaments where they must make difficult decisions, Faulkner’s stories deal with such topics as forgiveness, prejudice, loneliness, revenge, war and blind obedience.

The book is not without humor. “The Rubber Dome,” shows a lonely woman who uses a pragmatic way to search for a lover then ends up learning to start a new life through humorous circumstances.

Faulkner is currently working on her next book, “In the Shadow of Suribachi,” slated for publication in the spring of 2005 from Red Engine Press. She is available for speaking engagements, conferences and signings. To schedule an event with Faulkner on her cross-country swing, contact Mindy Phillips Lawrence, mplawrence@redenginepress.com.
