Choices include Caramelized Nantucket Scallops, Maine Lobster Soup, Mustard & Thyme Rubbed Filet Mignon, Duo of Atlantic Halibut & Mussels, Saffron Risotto Cake & Smoked Tomato Broth and Baked Alaska Beehive with Chestnut Honey Ice Cream. The festivities begin at 9:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. for $99 per person (including tax and gratuity) and guests will enjoy a glass of champagne and a Live Jazz Quartet. There is a 6:00 -9:00 PM earlier dinner seating for $59.00 per person.
The Hotel@MIT New Years Package is also available New Years Eve weekend, Friday, December 31, through Saturday, January 1 for $369.00 per couple.
