Paradigm Technology Consulting, LLC Announces .NET Transportation Suite - designed for the transportation industry - captures all the data recorded by drivers on charter, contract or internal trips.

HAMILTON SQUARE, NJ (PRWEB) January 5, 2005 -- Paradigm Technology Consulting, LLC (PTC) is pleased to announce the availability of our newly designed Paradigm Transportation Suite (PTS) fully developed in Microsoft .NET.

PTS, designed for the transportation industry, captures all the data recorded by drivers on charter, contract or internal trips. This data includes accounting of driver advances and expenses, fuel purchases by state, daily mileage recordings by state and type of travel and payroll information.

The PTS suite consists of three modules:

Business Intelligence - This module permits user-defined inquiries and includes a robust Crystal Reporting engine with the ability to create user-defined parameters for existing reports on the fly without accessing the Crystal Report Designer to modify parameters or create additional reports. Reporting includes common industry key performance indicators and management reporting utilizing data from Great Plains, Paradigm Transportation Suite, and Distinctive CBS and VMS modules.

Driver Accounting & Trip Reporting - Focuses on driver accounting from advance management through trip completion including expenses incurred and payroll data capture; mileage recorded in compliance with IFTA; and the capacity to manage and extract data to integrate to in house payroll systems or payroll services. The Driver Accounting & Trip Reporting module leverages the Crystal Reporting engine included in the Business Intelligence module, includes many standard reports and the ability to add your own.

Fuel Tank & Pump Management - Provides the ability to manage tank capacity, and reconcile each tank per shift to monitor for fuel loss or leakage. Transactions include tank stick readings, tank deliveries, pump meter readings, and vehicle usage per pump, including vehicle fluid usage during re fueling. The Fuel Tank & Pump Management module leverages the Crystal Reporting engine included in the Business Intelligence module, includes many standard reports and the ability to add your own.

PTS is not only available as a stand alone suite of products but can also access data from Distinctive System's Coach Manager Charter Booking System (CBS) and Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS) and can populate CBS and VMS tables directly.

PTS is designed to significantly reduce the high labor cost of processing driver trip reports and document management for large fleets.
