Center for Union Facts Conference Call: Rebuts ARAW; Discusses National Ad Campaign

Why the Employee Forced Choice Act Will Eliminate the Secret Ballot **Conference Call Friday, Dial 1-866-642-1665,Passcode: 723380**

Washington DC -- In the wake of a desperate multi-million dollar misdirection campaign by American Rights at Work (ARAW), The Center for Union Facts will hold a conference call today to dispel the union perpetuated myth that the Employee Forced Choice Act (EFCA) does not effectively eliminate secret ballot elections in union organizing campaigns. Further, CUF will discuss the continuance of its multi-million dollar advertising campaign with television ads across the country which will educate the public about EFCA and its Big Labor backers. These ads come on the heels of CUF’s Washington D.C. print campaign, which details the opposition to EFCA by editorial boards across the country and displays labor bosses own statements about their desire to avoid private ballot elections.

A Center for Union Facts representative and a former member of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) will be available for questions. They will refute labor leaders spin campaign, which makes false claims about how the Employee Forced Choice Act will effect working Americans.

WHO: Former NLRB member John Raudabaugh and Center for Union Facts Managing Director J. Justin Wilson

WHAT: Teleconference call to set the record straight on the Employee Forced Choice Act; discuss ad campaign

WHEN: Friday, January 30th, 2009, 1:30 PM EST
