Moody to Take His Mother to the 2005 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles

They say when you make it, don't forget those who helped you along the way. Germaine Moody says he has a long way to go but in the meantime he wants to bring a few people along for the ride. Moody is scheduled to take his mom to her first Grammy Awards in Los Angeles this February 13th, 2005.

Albany, GA (PRWEB) January 6, 2005 -- In Hollywood, they call him "KC", overseas they call him "Kingdomchild", though in Albany he's simply known as Germaine Moody when he visits. Whether you know him by this name or that, Kingdomchild is making some global waves this year through his company MoodTyme Entertainment & Corporate and the world is watching. Before things get too hectic, Moody plans to share a portion of his life, work, and surroundings with his mother Geraldine Brown of Albany. Within a few days, Brown will catch an airplane out of Albany to Los Angeles and soon be in the midst of what is known as the most important plus the biggest night in music, The Grammy Awards.

Moody, also being a member of the prestigious Recording Academy/NARAS(National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences), will accompany his mother again after the show as the two are scheduled to attend an exclusive industry after-party. "To be honest it's more work than play for those like myself. The networking, the smoozing, being 'industry' and all, it takes a lot of energy, confidence and patience. On the other hand, the entire night is phenomenally electric and I needed a beautiful date, so I'm taking my favorite lady in the whole world, my mom."

The 47th Annual Grammy Awards will air Live from the Los Angeles Staples Center this February 13th, 2005 on CBS Television.
