NEW YORK, NY (PRWEB) January 7, 2005 -- InterExchange Work & Travel USA (www.worktravelusa.org)
The H-2B visa cap has been reached for international seasonal workers arriving before October 1, 2005. InterExchange can still help businesses fill their seasonal staffing needs through the Work & Travel USA program that provides international workers under a J-1 visa for up to 4 months. This is a free service to employers who participate in the program and includes full support for employers and employees. By staggering arrival dates, employers can cover an entire season making the program an effective solution to the H-2B cap crisis. Work & Travel USA is designated by the U.S. Department of State to sponsor Work & Travel participants on a J-1 visa.
We are excited to be able to offer this opportunity for U.S. employers who are facing a difficult recruiting season. We are looking forward to our largest summer yet." said Casey Slamin, InterExchange Work & Travel USA, Program Manager
