Central Coast Angels Earn Office of the Year Award

Dial-An-Angel ® Pty Limited has recognised the Central Coast Office with the Office of the Year award for 2004. Dial-An-Angel is Australia's only national group specialising in home and family care. The Agency has been assisting Australian families, businesses and overseas visitors since 1967.

Dial-An-Angel ® Pty Limited has recognised the Central Coast Office with the Office of the Year award for 2004.

Dial-An-Angel presents the 'Office of the Year' and 'Department of the Year’ awards at their annual national conference each year. The Central Coast office was honoured for the second time. Susan Seaborn is the manager of the team in Gosford.

Office of the Year awards honour superior teamwork among all members of the staff. Teams are selected for their excellence in customer service, client acquisition and retention, productivity, staff retention, and their success in exceeding the office’s annual goal.

Danielle attributes the success of the office to the team spirit that Susan has encouraged. “Susan has a wonderful offsider in Barbara Deans who backs her up when she is drowning. Barbara has earned a strong sense of loyalty from management, clients and Angels. Congratulations are in order for such a wonderful team. Out of the seven nominations we received, five were for Gosford, so it shows what a wonderful impression Central Coast Office makes on everyone around them.”
