Germaine Gibbs Joins Animus Solutions as Chief Financial Officer

Seasoned Professional Joins Management Team

Tampa, FL February 10, 2009 -- Germaine Gibbs, 33, has been named chief financial officer of Animus Solutions, Inc. (http://www.animussolutions.com) She will immediately assume responsibility for the company's finances, forecasting and the controller's office.

Prior to joining Animus Solutions, Gibbs taught Corporate Finance at the University of South Florida. She also held brand and financial positions at the Eckerd Corporation, where she developed many strategic alliances with manufacturers including Maybelline, Revlon, Kiss, Bonne Belle, Allegro and many more.

Gibbs holds a B.S. in Communications and Economics from Point Park University in Pittsburgh and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and International Business from the University of South Florida. She speaks five languages fluently including Spanish, Dutch and French. Gibbs also owns one of the top Wellness Sanctuaries and Spas in the Tampa Bay area.
