Executive Chef Daryl Fujita presents a prix-fixe Valentines Menu Just for the Two of You which offers couples an array of inspired dishes, including Ahi Tartar and Caviar; Seared Chili Spiced Onaga Accompanied with a Saffron Cous Cous as well as Charbroiled Petit Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Shallot Butter and Tarragon Glazed Sea Scallop. For a truly breathtaking beginning to the perfect Valentines Day evening, couples can enjoy sunset cocktails on the beach at Waikiki and the melodies of Old Hawaii accompanied by a graceful hula dancer at Halekulanis House Without A Key. Live Hawaiian entertainment under the century-old Kiawe tree begins each evening at 5:00 p.m., and is accompanied by the graceful hula dancing of former Ms. Hawaii Kanoe Miller.
